Coat & Blanket Drive
This is our primary annual Coat & Blanket Drive community-wide event for Project Warmth. Volunteers will be happy to accept your donated coats and blankets at any of our drop off locations around the Greater Kansas City area. KCTV5/KSMO will continue to collect coats and blankets at their office from Monday, November 5, 2012 thru Friday, December 7, 2012.

KCTV5 Project Warmth Special
KCTV5 will broadcast the annual “Project Warmth Special” from 6:30 – 7 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2012. An additional drop site for coat and blanket donations will also be open at KCTV/KSMO, 4500 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Fairway, KS. A collection truck will be in the front parking lot from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. that Friday in conjunction with the Project Warmth Special.

The Kansas City Star Contribution Envelope Drive
In cooperation with Tension Envelope, Project Warmth postage-paid envelopes will be distributed in The Kansas City Star on Sunday, December 9, 2012. Contributors may use them to send in donations. The envelopes alone have raised more than $4 million.
